Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our cleaning services, all sales are final. Once the cleaning service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service, and clients are expected to review and approve the work before making payment.

• If there are any issues or concerns with the quality of the service, please notify us immediately so we can address the problem and make it right.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please provide us with at least  24 hours notice.

• Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a full charge for the cleaning.
